Lot #453 - This Ford F-100 Golden Anniversary model is a prime example of the way they came from the factory. It features a rebuilt 239ci Flathead V8 engine coupled with a 3-speed, column-shift manual transmission. The frame and all sheet metal are solid. The Goldenrod Yellow exterior is in excellent condition with chromed front and rear bumpers and custom wood bed with chrome metal strips. It features a gray interior, all glass was replaced, all gauges work and the truck starts without hesitation and runs great. It also comes with optional heater, Golden Anniversary steering wheel hub, running boards with step plate, dual outside mirrors and electric windshield wipers. It's been converted from a 6-volt to a 12-volt system. This truck is out of a private collection where it was used sparingly but was fastidiously maintained. Starts immediately and runs and looks great.
