Lot #455 - This Corvette is finished in Bright Yellow with a Saddle interior, white soft-top and Bright Yellow factory hardtop. It was featured in three Corvette publications, including the cover car in Corvette Fever with an article titled "The Keeper." It's had three Florida owners. It's powered by the original 350/165hp L48 V8 engine with 3-speed turbo Hydramatic transmission. It features factory air conditioning, power steering, power brakes, power windows, tilt and telescopic steering wheel, AM/FM radio, map light in rearview mirror, Sting Ray floor mats, seatbelts. In 1975, GM produced 33,836 Corvette coupes, but only 4,629 convertibles. Out of these convertibles, a limited number were produced in this gorgeous Bright Yellow color.
