Description
Lot #536 - This has had one owner until 2010 and been a show-car since new. The build evolved from mild to wild and in the '90s this car was torn down to bare metal and totally rebuilt into the car it is today. It has been in four magazines and featured on the cover of two of them. The chassis was tied in and a 10-point cage was installed. A shortened Currie 9" rear end was installed with 4-link and 31-spline Detroit locker. It features a fully chromed and detailed front suspension and 4-wheel disc brakes. It's finished in laser-straight custom paint with ghost flames on an accident- and rust-free body and a removable hood with Dzus fasteners. The custom interior is equipped with Auto Meter gauges, console, tilt column, custom steering wheel and power windows. The 454ci engine has a BDS 671 blower and two 750cfm Holley blower carbs and BDS fluted hat. It's equipped with a heavy-duty radiator with dual aluminum fans, Hooker Jet-Hot coated headers and 3" Flowmaster exhaust. It rides on fluted Pro Star rims with Mickey Thompson tires with tons of polished aluminum and chrome throughout. Documented with the original owner's manual and warranty booklet, it also comes with stacks of receipts 5" thick documenting the build and the four magazines it appeared in. Also has a photo build history that will accompany the car. Made for the street and runs on pump gas.
