Description
Lot #834.1 - Finished in 2004, this car took five years to build with around 20,000 total hours to build it. An all-steel vehicle, it was custom hand-made with no fiberglass in Phoenix, AZ. The custom exhaust pipes are made by Wicked Brothers from Phoenix, AZ. With 750hp, it weighs 1,500 pounds and features an all-leather interior. Every nut and bolt is stainless steel. It's equipped with a Kugle front and rear suspension and Dan Fink custom-made grille, Ididit steering column Colorado Custom wheels. The Auto Meter gauges were hand-painted by a watchmaker in New York to match the Roadster's paint scheme. This car's first event was at the AMBR show in 2004. Out of the 300 cars in attendance, this car took First Place for the interior and Third Place overall. It has only 1,500 miles on it since finished. This special car was a one-man labor-of-love. The engine is blown, stroked, bored and balanced with a roller valvetrain, aluminum heads, MSD ignition and custom headers all mated to an automatic transmission. The interior was done by Jerry Noone, the engine by Bill McKenzie and the complete vehicle was built by Michael Meives.
