Lot #1137 - This is a rare one-owner Super Snake. The year 2007 was the return of the Shelby and Ford partnership. This car was the 50th Mustang converted to a Super Snake by Shelby. It has been stored in a climate-controlled showroom since day one and still looks and smells like new. It has 1,600 actual miles. The dash was signed by Carroll Shelby. The conversion is fully documented and all paperwork is included. It has the Kenne Belle polished supercharger and produces 725+ horsepower. Also included with the car are a few rare Shelby collectibles, including the original hood (before it was converted to a Super Snake) signed by Carroll Shelby. It includes a framed picture of Carroll signing the hood with a Certificate of Authenticity. He signed the hood on October 6, 2011. Also included are six new Alcoa Shelby Super Snake wheels, three each for the front and rear. (There is an extra of each for a spare because they are no longer available.) The Super Snake package came with Alcoa wheels as well. These are an additional set that are of a different design. Lastly, the car comes with a Mac Tools toolbox that was only available to GT500 owners through Shelby. The toolbox is painted the same color as the car and contains a custom plate engraved with the car's VIN. This car has it all.
