Lot #712.1 - This Model-T has been nut-and-bolt restored to concours standards. Maintained and loved for over 50 years by an MTFCA member/officer/judge/historian prior to being acquired by the current Montana caretaker/seller. Acquired from a pioneer family who bought it second-hand for $7.00, this is museum quality but well sorted out for use. This car and the accessories are second-to-none with rare vintage accessories that took a lifetime to find and restore. They include the electric starter, hand starter crank leather holder, Ford amp-generator gauge, Ford/Boyce motometer with wings and Atlas flax water bag. Other features include the Stewart speedometer with odometer and trip meter, "fat man" (Lowery & Blakeman free wheel) steering wheel that is tilting and removable. It has demountable wheels, Ruckstell 2-speed rear axle, Rocky Mountain brakes, kerosene and electric lamps, rear turn and tail lamps, brass outside mirrors, brass horn, electric vibrator horn, gas-oil-water cans and engine compartment oil can. It is also equipped with leather fan and water pump belt, running board step plates with cargo rack and suitcase, spare tire and wheel on rear carrier.
