Lot #711 - Only 8,319 of these GTO Sport Coupe (post) were produced in 1965. Tri-Power, 4-speed car with PHS paperwork. It was a GTOAA Gold award winner in the modified class, with a modified 1968 Pontiac 400 and a stock Tri-Power. The engine is bored .030 over and has a nice street cam, 1968 heads with headers and custom exhaust for a nice sound. This GTO also has a stock 4-speed manual transmission with 3:55 Safe-T-Track rear end. It is restored to mostly original in Nightwatch Blue (in PHS paperwork) with the stock black interior and a later-model wood wheel. Later model power front disc brakes were added with the original power steering. The car also has an upgraded radiator.
