Lot #807 - This crew cab truck is known as "Whiskey Bent." Built by multiple-national-award-winner Roger Burman at Lakeside Rods and Rides, it was 2015 Goodguys Truck of the Year. It also was in the top 25 at Pigeon Forge Shades of the Past,the feature display vehicle on Meguiar's Car Crazy stage at SEMA show as well as Street Rodder magazine's feature display vehicle at NSRA Nationals. The awards are not included in the sale. This real factory-built 1969 4-door crew cab is mated to a 1962 quad-headlight front and 1962 bed. It has a custom-built Roadster Shop chassis with Independent front suspension with coilovers, 4-link rear with coilovers and 9" Ford rear end. Other features include 4-wheel Wilwood disc brakes, custom one-off, color-matched 20" HRBB wheels with Continental tires. Power is provided by a 360ci Dodge engine with Edelbrock aluminum heads, intake, cam and carb. It also has ceramic-coated manifolds with Flowmaster exhaust and 727 automatic transmission with Gear Vendors overdrive. It's equipped with a custom-built engine cover. All body lines have been sharpened and gaps adjusted to show-quality. It's finished in 2013 Dodge Western Brown paint with flat accents on roof and custom-coated wood bed floor. The full leather custom interior features dual power bucket seats, cut-down Dodge center console, air conditioning and one-off Dakota Digital gauges.
