Description
Lot #119.1 - This body-off rotisserie restoration was professionally built to be a useable and reliable one-of-a-kind collector Jeep. It is powered by a professionally rebuilt, no-detail-overlooked and well-sorted-out 289ci V8 engine with ceramic headers and heavy-duty aluminum radiator. Professional planning and testing went into getting the power to the C4 automatic transmission adapted to a Dana 18 transfer case with Dana 44 rear and Dana 27 front differentials with a 5.38 gear ratio. With 2" lift, it rides on 35" Dick Cepek Crushers on Pro Comp alloy wheels with rear wheel openings designed and built for trouble-free use. It's equipped with power disc brakes, wipers and tilt. The interior features Lokar shifter, center console, full removable vinyl floor mat, high-back bucket seats covered in black canvas with matching bikini top and removable rear seat. It also has a 9,500-lb, 12-volt winch with remote control. The body and chassis have been highly modified. The boxed frame has a 6" stretch in the center/seating area as well as 3" in the cowl section, making it comfortable for anyone to drive. The windshield frame was chopped 4" and is has a custom-built roll cage. Other customizations include installing '67 Falcon taillights, a '69 Mustang hood scoop, stainless fuel tank and bumpers.
