Description
Lot #395 - Originally a Miller-bodied hearse/ambulance, the body and chassis have been shortened 29". The original top skin was replaced with a '57 Chevy station wagon top skin. The top was lowered 3" at the front drip rail and 2" at the rear drip rail. The body and hood were sectioned, 1948-50 Cadillac taillights and fins were added and the rear one-piece door was cut in two to make station wagon clamshell rear doors. A '67 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham sedan donated the front suspension, engine, transmission and rear end. It features ash and mahogany exterior wood with oak and birch interior wood, leather seat upholstery and light buckskin acrylic lacquer paint. The wood is finished with Spar urethane. It is equipped with Vintage Air and heat, a 1967 Cadillac 429ci engine, automatic transmission, power steering and power brakes. This is a nice-looking, nice-driving automobile.
