Description
Lot #117 - This Jeep is a re-creation of the vehicle used to make the first crossing of the Amazon highway in Brazil by motor vehicle in 1980. This launched an international competition that lasted until 2000. It is equipped with a 258 inline-6, T18 4-speed manual transmission, Spicer 20 transfer case and part-time 4-wheel drive. Other features include power steering, mold-resistant custom carpet, factory rear seat and spare tire, Warn locking hubs, brush guard and fog lights. Since the restoration, it's never been driven in the rain or off road. This Camel trophy truck re-creation has been stored in a heated, dry garage.
