Description
Lot #616 - This 1966 Plymouth Belvedere II has had a complete nut-and-bolt restoration. It features an upgraded 440ci engine paired to a 4-speed transmission. The amazing restoration was just completed this spring. This Resto-Mod rides on modern 18" wheels but with red line tires for that period look, this car has it going on. It was a fully photo-documented restoration. The laser-straight body is finished in base coat/clear PPG black paint that is a mile deep. It's equipped with a fresh 440 Super Commando with HEMI grind cam, milled heads, 750cfm aluminum intake carb and Mopar electronic ignition. Jet Hot coated headers produce approximately 450hp running through a 2.5" exhaust, mated to a HEMI 4-speed, running to an 8-3/4" rear with 3:55 Sure-Grip differential. This car is highly detailed. The correct, stock interior looks better than the day it was new. The level of quality is noticeable everywhere you look on this build including the detailed engine bay. This car runs, drives and looks amazing. Approximately 100 test miles.
