Description
Lot #153 - This Super Sport is named Golden Age and is finished in factory Granada Gold. Built in Atlanta in June 1967, it features factory air conditioning. The car was found in Tennessee in 2007 and was a straight, rust-free car. In April '07, it began a 9-month restoration at American Muscle Cars by Larry Willette in Venice, FL. Every mechanical and electrical aspect of this SS has been corrected to as-new with NOS or GM restoration parts. All drivetrain, suspension and electrical components have been faithfully restored. It is equipped with J52 front disc brakes. Every attention to detail has been given to this very correct 1967 Chevelle Super Sport. This car has been featured in four magazines, including the '67 Chevelle options book, the feature cover car for National Parts Depot and has a 4-page article in Super Chevy Magazine. All this documentation will be provided to the new owner of this legendary muscle car.
