It sold new from Mike Salta Pontiac in Sacramento, CA. 389/325hp motor with dealer-installed Tri-Power, automatic transmission, power top, power steering, power disc brakes, bucket seat with center console, factory tachometer in dash and AM/FM cassette player. This is a low production of 6,644 total built for 1964. The motor is a #79J correct 389ci with matching Build Sheet. When restored, it was upgraded in Dupont base clear black, black bucket seat interior with white convertible top. Correct PMD Rally wheels with red line tires. This is a beautifully restored true GTO.
