Lot #1018.1 - This 1968 Shelby GT350 Fastback is one of 1,053 Fastbacks produced in '68 according to its Marti report. It's one of 39 that was painted Candy Apple Red with an automatic transmission and SelectAire air conditioning. The car was built with power steering, power disc brakes, Tilt-Away steering wheel and tinted glass. This car has been put away since 2004 when it last changed hands. The car has been repainted some years ago and wears its patina well after all these years. The interior in this car is almost completely original with the exception of an aftermarket radio and speakers. The engine in the car is a non-matching-numbers 302 with headers and some performance accessories. The car still retains many of its original parts like the radiator, intake, driving lights and has all of its original date-coded glass including the windshield.
