Lot #1011.1 - Show-quality rebuild of a very rare first-year Cameo Carrier pickup. The best part is that it was an Arizona truck to start with, and there is no evidence of rust or damage. Equipped with optional matching-numbers 265ci V8 and Hydramatic transmission. Refinished in the correct shade of Bombay Ivory and commercial red colors over ultra-straight body panels. Doors open, close and line up like a new truck. The interior has been redone in the correct red cloth and vinyl with matching carpet. The dash and gauges have been redone to show quality. Pickup box has the first-year fiberglass rear fenders and has been restored to high quality. The oak box floor is new and highly varnished with stainless stripes. All exterior chrome has been polished or is new. Chassis and engine compartment have been highly detailed. Other options include sun visor, radio, front bumper guards and door handle nail guards.
