Description
Lot #535 - Rotisserie nut-and-bolt restoration was completed in May 2015 on this Grabber Orange, California, matching numbers, no-rust car. Lots of factory Ford parts that are no longer available were used. The car was stored inside for over 27 years. It has less than 400 miles on the build. It runs strong, everything works as it should and it's very fun to drive. Born with the powerful 351-4V Cleveland V8 and upgraded with a modern Edelbrock carburetor, FMX heavy-duty 3-speed automatic transmission, 9'' rear differential, factory power disk brakes, Shaker air intake, window slats, front and rear spoilers, fold down sport deck rear seat and Ford-script tinted glass. Early 70's: sold in November 1969. All new suspension and factory under body colors. Modifications include: 17'' wheels eights 235/45 front, nines 285/40 back with Nitto Extreme NT555 tires. Rattle Trap heat and sound deadener interior, Classic Air with factory dash bezel and electronic controller, stock-looking custom Autosound AM/FM with external audio jack, 6x9 speakers in aftermarket rear hatch, door speakers, 10'' sub and a 5-channel high-power amplifier. It also has Shelby 1'' drop front springs. The owner has original stock rear hatch, 14" wheels and wheel covers with Goodyear tires, radio, carb and front springs.
