Description
Lot #939 - This frame-off restored 1971 Chevelle SS is painted it its original Mulsanne Blue with white stripes. The interior has a custom dash, bucket seats, chrome tilt steering column and horseshoe console. The 525hp is made by the 454 engine. All this horsepower flows through the Turbo 400 transmission, 3500 stall converter and 12-bolt Richmond posi-traction rear end with 3.55 gears. It's cooled by an aluminum radiator and high-volume aluminum water pump. The engine bay is dressed up by a shaved firewall and all chrome accessories to make what's under the hood as clean as the exterior. The MagnaFlow exhaust and ceramic headers help this Chevelle breathe. The factory SS sway bars and disc brakes help keep it on the road. With only 1,100 miles on this frame-off documented restoration, all components still perform like new. Everything on this Chevelle is brand-new and ready to be driven or shown.
