Lot #1025.1 - This Impala was fully rotisserie restored in 2006 and has covered less than 1,000 miles since. The restoration included a full mechanical rebuild, as well as all new glass, full rechroming and re-trimming in tri-color black, red and silver, a unique 427ci engine derived from a seasoned 348 block with a stroker crankshaft kit, aluminum cylinder heads and a custom intake manifold for an original Tri-Power carburetor system, an upgraded 3-speed automatic transmission, power windows, Vintage Air and heat, 3-piece Continental kit, rear fender skirts, spinner hub caps, dual antennas and a passenger side mirror. The car is an absolute dream to drive and is one of the finest '58 Impala coupes in existence. It has been restored to drive and enjoy, everything performs as it should. It has been fitted with a Pioneer stereo system with front and rear speakers, 6-DVD changer, back-up camera and a remote alarm system. These upgrades have been installed discretely and are easily removable if preferred; the original radio has not been disturbed.
