Lot #45 - Gorgeous, freshly restored VW Beetle. It's been freshly painted, on a straight body, in VW Sea Glass Green. It has a 1,641cc air-cooled engine and has been narrowed 2" with adjustable front beam (allows for quick ride-height adjustment). It has the original chrome wheels, a 12-volt system and electric fuel pump. It still has its original oil bath air cleaner on the motor, but a dry air filter is included as well. It's undergone a fresh tune-up (adjusted valves, oil change, timing, adjusted carburetor) with only a couple of miles on it. It also features a new, larger jet in carburetor, new brake master cylinder plug (no leaks) and original clutch, brake and accelerator pedals. There is all new rubber molding throughout car (body, doors and windows) as well as new chrome molding, clean glass, rear pop-out widows and a new off-white headliner. It's carpeted under the front hood and the original car jack is included. The interior sports new, custom-upholstered seats (front and back), super-soft gray vinyl surface with new padding and contrasting (off-white) piping, new carpet and padding and a Kenwood CD player and JL speakers (front and back). Despite a few minor cracks, the original steering wheel was maintained. All lights and turn signals work. Manual transmission.
