Lot #540 - This black-on-black Resto-Mod has been upgraded with a 440 Six Pack and 4-speed pistol-grip Bulletproof transmission with air conditioning. The ground-up restoration was completed less than 2,500 miles ago. This show quality car was restored to look original and was done right. Everything is new or rebuilt. The mirror black paint has several coats of clear and the body is laser straight. The back silver stripes are painted. All the bearings and bushings are new. The car originally came with a 383 engine, it now has a built 440 engine from a 1970 Challenger. It has custom interior. The engine is 440hp block 0.030 over. Comp race camshaft 505 lift solid lifters, Ross racing pistons, six-pack Holley carburetor system, Edlebrock aluminum heads, and Headman ceramic coated headers. It has absolutely fantastic sound. Bullet proof 833a with Hurst pistol-grip 4-speed shifter. Rebuilt 8 3/4 w391 gears, rebuilt axles and new hemi leaf springs.
