Description
Lot #141 - Fat-fendered Street-Rod with a jaw-dropping stance and a national show-winning finish. This 1941 Ford coupe is the finished result of dream meeting obsession. Built and finished with the intention of being the best of its kind, this steel-bodied beauty is not a kit. This is a real-deal steel machine with major body modifications completed to the highest and most meticulous standards. Cream white finish with stunning purple flames, finished flush and beneath the clear, giving it an unbelievably clean look. The ultra-low front-end stance is accomplished with front air bags, and the wheels are custom-made Billet Specialties, 20x15" rear and 18x7" front. Inside, the entire interior is tasteful, detailed and award-winning, with power windows, tilt column, Vintage Air, power steering and an unbelievable full leather finish. The steering wheel, handles and trim are billet, and the tweed headliner completes the interior overhead. It also has a Kenwood navigation system and CD audio with a back-up camera, console-mounted air ride switches and air pressure gauge. The attention to detail is nothing short of tremendous. As for the underside of this '41, it's unbelievable. Every nut, bolt, line, nook and cranny are all accounted for and detailed. The entire undercarriage is painted or powder coated, unless otherwise finished in chrome or polished. Chrome tubular front control arms, power Wilwood front and rear disc brakes with polished calipers, chrome plated fuel tank, rear control arms, coilover rear springs, narrowed with a 9" Ford rear. This car shows just as well underneath as it does up top. Mechanically, this '41 is powered by a healthy small block 350 Chevy with tuned port injection, and is completely covered and dressed in polish and chrome. It runs strong and is mated to a Turbo 350 transmission. This coupe has multiple awards and is ready for more. It only has 600 completed miles.
