Lot #681 - This is a well optioned example. It is a PHS documented car that is correct as it was sold by Century Pontiac in Beaverton, OR. The 455 HO package replaced the Super Duty in 1975, the new order code 36W, UPC L75 included, 455 4 barrel engine, 4-speed close ratio transmission, 3.23 rear axle ratio, specifically tuned exhaust with splitters, semi-metallic front disc brakes and the 455 HO decals on the hood, for a paltry $150. The option was not made available until mid-April 1975, hence the low production numbers. It was also not for sale in California due to the tougher emissions regulations. Orders didn't start until after April 28, 1975, with only 857 units produced, it is one of the lower production numbers of the HO models.
