Lot #735 - This exceptionally restored Camaro has custom touches throughout. Starting with a 355 small block Chevy engine producing 435hp, 5-speed manual transmission and a factory 10-bolt rear end. New headers and new dual exhaust gives it a distinct sound. The body has mild custom mods on nearly every panel, so subtle they are hard to distinguish. The flow from front to back makes it look like it could have left the factory like this. Both the SS and RS options are sprinkled throughout, with back up lights fitted in the rear bumper guards and an RS grille and hidden headlights at the front. A brilliant red finish is complimented with a single matte black stripe down the center. A black convertible power top is operated with the flick of a switch on the dash. Comfy black, power bucket seats and custom SS door panels round out the interior, and cold air conditioning works well on warm days. A tilt column and rosewood steering wheel is all Camaro and custom gauges are fitted in the dash and in the one-off console. The underside looks as nice as above with tubular A-arms attached to the detailed subframe. Factory multi-leaf rear springs are on the rear end and this convertible has front and rear sway bars as well. 4-wheel power disc brakes and power steering make it easy to drive. The look is complete with 18" Skop wheels with BFGoodrich low profile tires.
