Lot #248.1 - Complete ground-up restoration with less than 800 miles since completion. No-expense-spared while re-creating a GT350 Mustang with all drivetrain and suspension components upgraded for an incredibly reliable performing machine. Upgrades during restoration include a Dominator 347 crate engine that produced 425hp and 440 ft/lbs torque. Dyno and build sheet included with car. Engine was built with all Scat forged internals with H-beam rods, aluminum heads, Comp roller rockers, Edelbrock intake, Edelbrock high flow water pump, Cobra aluminum oil pan, Holley 650 carburetor and March billet pulleys. Ceramic coated long tube headers with Hushpower Flowmaster mufflers and custom built 2-1/2" exhaust. New Tremec 5-speed transmission with 10.5" Kevlar clutch. All new front coilover suspension from Control Freak products with rack & pinion steering and Flaming River billet tilt steering column with a Moto-Lita Cobra wheel. Rear 4-link coilover suspension with a Ford 9" differential and a 3.73 limited-slip third member. 4-wheel power disc brakes with front drilled and slotted rotors. Interior is all new with correct Shelby-style gauge pod and signed glove box. New Vintage Air system and Pioneer stereo mounted inside glove box. Wheels are a custom set of two-piece 17" TorqThrust-style wheels from US Mag company. This '65 fastback is a beautifully sorted out car. Starts, runs and drives great.
