Lot #1038 - This is an astoundingly well-built, high-performance Camaro that is the product of a no-expense-spared custom restoration. Under the custom body work of this Camaro lies a high-performance 427cid V8 that has been bored 0.60 to over 438cid. Performance components include: Forged pistons, ISKY roller rockers, ported and polished aluminum heads, stainless steel valves, 8" Power Force Plus harmonic balancer, MSD ignition, a massive 750cfm Holley carburetor, polished Performer RPM intake, ceramic-coated Sanderson shorty headers and a 3" Flowmaster exhaust. Backing up the high-performance engine is a Tremec TKO 600 5-speed transmission with an 8" Centerforce clutch that drives a Moser 3.70 Ford 9" rear end with 31 spline axles. Likewise, the suspension has been upgraded with tubular Detroit Speed front control arms, Koni dampers, Detroit Speed subframe connectors and mini-tubed rear suspension with 3" drop leaf springs. During the restoration, the body was stripped and professionally refinished in House of Kolor metallic Galaxy Grey with Silver and Orion Grey SS-style stripes. The body is also set off by a set of two-piece ID301 Intro wheels with sticky Pilot Sport rubber. This Camaro showcases a totally custom interior with leather and suede front and rear seats, custom center console and door panels, power windows and locks, a system with dual 10" subwoofers, dual amplifiers, a Pioneer touchscreen AM/FM radio, iPod integration and GPS navigation was also added.
