Lot #678 - Presenting a beautiful 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle SS custom street machine with many upgrades. It has gorgeous Victory Red paint, custom tan leather interior, Merlin 509cid engine with 568hp, high end suspension and much more. This Chevelle left the factory as a big block car as the 138 VIN indicates. It was a rotisserie restoration with no expense spared. Everything on this car was restored or replaced. It retains all the original sheet metal with exception of the hood. The body is laser-straight with great gaps. The car was painted in eye-popping Victory Red which shines beautifully in the sunlight. The glass is all new and tinted. The car sits on brand new US Mag 18" chrome wheels. The exterior is complimented with a custom tan leather interior. Some interior upgrades include a suede headliner, dash with gauges, bucket seats with matching rear seat, door panels and accessories, a custom console with Quick Sliver shifter, power windows and door locks and an over the top sound system. The sound system includes such features as a Kenwood AM/FM/CD/MP3/iPod/satellite radio head unit, HD tuner and aluminum tweeters. The trunk compartment is carpeted and stores the amplifiers, subwoofers, capacitor, two Yellow Top Optima batteries and battery tender system. The engine compartment firewall is painted red and the inner fenders are gloss black. The engine is a Bill Mitchell World Hardcore Racing Products Merlin 509 that was dyno tested with 568hp. This is one amazing engine with many upgrades. The engine breathes through a 3" aluminized exhaust system with 40 Series Flowmaster mufflers. It is cooled with a Griffin aluminum radiator with dual electric fans. It is coupled with a built Turbo 400 automatic transmission and 12-bolt rear end with 3.73 gears. The front suspension is a complete Heidts setup and the rear suspension is a complete Art Morrison 4-link setup. It has 4-wheel disc brakes at all four corners with a power brake booster and Wilwood master cylinder. This Chevelle has great looks and all the gear to back it up.
