Lot #775 - 1967 Chevy II Nova "II Much" has been featured in at least nine magazines, including the cover of Popular Hot Rodding in October 2007. This car was built from the ground up with no expense spared. It is a modern day race car with the styling and performance to earn respect from any builder. It sports a sleeved and stroked 427cid LS2 that makes 600hp, a TKO-600 5-speed and a Moser 9" rear. It has a Katz Tsubai custom designed track-proven suspension, huge Wilwood brakes, a custom race-themed interior and great paint. Technical specifications include Art Morrison chassis with one-off floor, firewall, trunk and suspension, custom SLA front and 3-link back. Custom built 1 3/4" stainless primary tube headers with 3" exhaust with X-pipe and bumper outlet. Custom built 16-gallon baffled aluminum fuel cell with external Aeromotive A1000 fuel pump and controller. Kinesis K18 3-piece rims, dark centers, brushed hoops, 18x9" front, 18x11" rear and Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires. Wegner Automotive Research 427/600hp engine with Lunati rotating assembly and cam and Wegner valve train on CNC ported LS6 heads. TKO-600 5-speed transmission. RPS clutch with Howe throw-out bearing, Wilwood master cylinder and custom pedal. Moser engineering 9" with nodular iron third member, Truetrac differential, 3.25 ratio, 31-spline axles. Sparco Monza race seats in black cloth, ididit tilt column with Borgeson U-joints and Sparco 3-spoke racking wheel with pull-off hub. Custom air conditioning, Vintage Air Gen IV Magnum evaporator and black anodized controls. Integrated iPod/iPhone stereo with trunk-mounted amp, subwoofer and 5-speaker stereo. The car is equally happy cruising down the highway or competing with foreign exotics.
