It has the original Bill of Sale from the Rodenfields Chevrolet, Co., Columbus, OH. Original GM issued Window Sticker which has been validated by the GM/NCRS document validation service as authentic and the GM/NCRS Shipping Data Report confirms it was billed by GM to Rodenfields Chevrolet, it even has its original Protect-O-Plate, original owner's patch and original owner's pin all still a part of this car and there is documentable owner history from GM to present. In the first year of big block production the 396/425hp 1965 Chevrolet Corvette was at its rarest in coupe form, when linked to the previously mentioned original components and documentation make this beautiful example a rare find.
