Description
Lot #851 - This 1966 Nova 2 door post sedan is a new built Resto-Mod vehicle. No money was spared to complete this project and only has low test miles on the drivetrain since completion. The engine is a 410cid small block with custom rotating group, full rollerized valve train and Kinsler electronic fuel injection. A 6-speed Richmond transmission and Ford 9" rear with posi-traction complete the drivetrain. A polished stainless steel Heidt's independent front suspension with coilovers and power disc brakes and adjustable rear bars with coilovers, disc brakes and panhard bar complete the rear. Custom header and exhaust system. The engine bay also features a custom aluminum radiator and overflow tank, power steering, air conditioning, compressor and alternator with serpentine belt drive. The exterior has nine layers of base coat/clear coat red paint on a beautiful body. The grille assembly, headlight and taillight bezels, side chrome, etc. have been chrome plated and not just polished. Same for the bumpers. New tinted glass and window moldings all around. Polished knock-off Halibrand wheels and new rubber completes the exterior. The interior is highlighted by a Gabe's tan leather upholstery. The dash features aftermarket analog gauges. A tilt steering column and custom wheel compliment the power steering. Power windows add to all the other power accessories, as does the stereo system. Nice touches.
