Lot #131 - Matching numbers 340 4-speed Barracuda, a very rare Mopar beauty. This car was rescued from 30+ years of indoor storage. Incomplete Build Sheet found in car confirms 340/4-speed combo and original options via top half of sheet. Professional bodywork and paint brought a very rust-free California car back to original A4 silver paint, painted in PPG base coat/clear coat. Car has original rear and side glass, and much of the chrome/stainless trim is original to the car. Bumpers, mirrors and taillights along with some other trim are high quality licensed reproduction parts. 340 engine was professionally rebuilt and returned to factory specs then broken in on engine dyno. Dyno sheet comes with the car. Block, heads and intake are original to the car and matching numbers. Only deviations from stock are the addition of an Edelbrock carburetor with electric choke and Mopar performance electronic ignition, along with March pulley set. Original carburetor, ignition and pulleys included with car sale. 4-speed manual transmission with Hurst shifter mated to Sure-Grip rear end are original to the car. Exhaust and tips are original reproduction pieces from Accurate Exhaust. Interior was refreshed with reproduction carpet, seat covers and dash bezel. Headliner, door panels, steering wheel, gauges, dash pad, seat belts and trim panels are all original to the car and show very well with minimal wear. Wheels are 72 Rallye wheels that came with the car, wrapped in Coker tire Firestone d70 red line tires including full size spare. Original bumper jack included in trunk. Trunk and cargo area house an alpine amplifier and infinity speakers to allow music via iPod hookup hidden under dash. Copies of restoration photos, parts receipts, Build Sheet and more drive home with this great muscle car.
