Description
Lot #344 - This car was driven by Paul Walker in the 2003 film, "2 Fast 2 Furious." The drivetrain of the vehicle features a high performance 350cid engine, automatic transmission with a 4-speed console and handle to look like the stick shift on a manual transmission. The vehicle was a California car with all original sheet metal. Built by Ted Mosey of Picture Car Warehouse and was also featured in Eddie Paul's Book, "The Cars of The Fast and the Furious." The car was purchased by Volo Auto Museum in 2006 and then sold to the current owner in 2010. All of the original camera wiring harnesses are still intact in their original locations. The brackets for the movie jump scene are also still in place. They do not interfere with the vehicle performance. As stated in the book, "The Cars of The Fast and the Furious," "The Yenko was added for the sake of the older auto enthusiast. This car is from the days were men and cars were metal." Year One, Inc. sponsored the muscle car and supplied all the parts for the restoration. The vehicle comes with several extras, including a Certificate of Authenticity, an original copy of the movie script signed by the cast, an autographed photo of Paul Walker and co-star Tyrese Gibson, a podium show display, large framed copy of the original movie poster, copy of the book, "The Cars of The Fast and the Furious." and a scale model of the Camaro in the original box. This is a very eye-catching car with a unique history in its substantial part of the movie "2 Fast 2 Furious."
