Lot #328 - This very collectible Shelby CSX-T Shadow was on display at the Shelby Museum in Las Vegas. In 1988 Shelby created the CSX-T Shadow for Thrifty Car Rentals and 1001 were produced. They all had numbered plaques on the dash and this one is #475. The CSX-T used a non-intercooled 2.2 Liter turbo I engine. Upgrades included 4-wheel disc brakes, Goodyear VR50 Gatorback tires on 15 X 6.5 Shelby wheels, special body trim and white paint with silver and blue trim. The brake proportioning valve and master cylinder were also modified, special sway bars added and the pedals provided heel/toe driving capability. The interior featured a Shelby leather steering wheel and boost gauge. A cassette player was standard.
