Lot #1116 - A gorgeous Pro-Touring Nova with its stunning two tone paint scheme of black on the side and Brandywine Candy Apple on top. This car has debuted in Las Vegas at SEMA. The modifications are numerous, the front clip was switched to a better looking 1967 model. All suspension has been updated and improved. A Chris Alston subframe was powder coated, chrome upper and lower central arms added with power coated spindles, sway bars, drilled and slotted 13" billet Wilwood brakes and billet coilover shocks from Varishock with triangular billet 4-link system. The subframe was tied to a Chris Alston back half which features a narrowed Fab 9 that has been powder coated and stuffed with 4.10 gears, Richmond posi-traction and strange axles. With the car now being on a full frame, we moved on to installing a great powertrain. We put a fuel injected 502 Ram Jet big block Chevrolet in it, followed by a 6-speed Tremec transmission. Billet Specialties takes care of the pulley system with the all billet Tru-Tac system. The motor has chrome fuel injection and valve covers are painted candy to match the two tone on the car. Obvious modifications being the shaved mirrors, smoothed gas door and single pane side glass. The interior is of the finest quality and style in the industry. This '66 Chevrolet has air conditioning, power windows, navigation, eight JL speakers, three 10" JL subwoofers and two JL amplifiers for superb sound quality. This car was on the front cover of Chevy Enthusiast magazine with a six page spread. Build cost of $225,000.
