Lot #434 - Upgraded 383cid V8 with 4 barrel carburetor, 727 3-speed automatic transmission, air conditioning, tinted glass, power steering, power brakes, AM radio, bucket seats, console and dual horns. This car was rescued from an auto wrecker in Phoenix in October of 2002. It had an unbelievable rust-free body and under carriage. All body panels, floor pans and sheet metal are original and impeccable. The paint was stripped to bare metal and a ground-up restoration was performed replacing or refurbishing every part. A fresh 383 V8 and 727 transmission were installed, as well as a complete new interior. All suspension and brake components were also replaced. The air conditioning system was also completely refurbished including a new compressor and refrigerant converted to 134a. The car now has 2,100 miles since completion.
