Description
Lot #2005 - Frame-off restored to Pro-Touring condition. The body was soda blasted to bare metal, any and all bad areas were cut out and replaced with metal. The rear frame rails were replaced with new rails and were scalloped to make room for mini-tubs. The firewall was smoothed along with inner fender wells. It was then painted Wild Black Cherry. The vinyl top was replaced and new trim and bumpers were added. Custom built stainless steel fuel tank. Hotchkis subframe connector. A Pat Musi built Edelbrock 555cid crate engine with 650hp and 650 ft/lbs of torque was used. It has an Aeromotive A-100 fuel pump, custom built Lemons headers and 3" Flowmaster exhaust system, Tremec TKO 5-speed transmission, McLeod RSC dual friction clutch, SFI scatter shield, billet flywheel, custom built 3" aluminum driveshaft with 1350 yokes, custom built 12-bolt rear end with 3.73 gear Detroit tru-track locker, 32 spline Moser axles, Detroit Speed 3" drop multi-leaf springs with billet offset shackles, Cal Trac bars in rear, Detroit Speed coilover conversion kit with tubular upper and lower control arms, bump-steer kit and power steering box, BeCool radiator with a Concept One pulley system with power steering, air conditioning and alternator, Hotchkis front and rear sway bars, all suspension bolts Grade 8, front brakes are SSBC 13" rotors with 4-piston calipers and 14" rear rotors with 4-piston calipers. Forgiato custom built 3-piece wheels with Toyo Proxes tires. The interior features a Covans dash with Autometer gauges, Alpine head unit, custom built center console, Corbeau LG-1 leather seats, custom covered rear leather seat to match the front seats, custom built rear package tray and door panels, custom built sub enclosures with amp display and billet battery tray. Vintage Air system and custom made wiring harness.
