Lot #319.1 - Starting with a very nice rust-free and damage-free car this 1940 Ford Standard received a complete frame-off, nut and bolt restoration completed in late 2011. Built as a traditional and period correct appearing 50s Hot Rod it features a beautifully detailed high performance 274cid Mercury Flathead adorned with plenty of polished aluminum and chrome accessories, many of them hand formed one-offs. Finished in Ford Lions Blue with 50's style crab claw flames. The paint is complemented with classic white with blue trim tuck and roll interior with contrasting headliner and carpet.
