Description
Lot #312.1 - This vehicle is in excellent condition and always stored in a garage under a cover. The craftsmanship and finish is first class. It has a 4 cylinder motor and 3-speed gear box. Very little history on the car is known as the gentleman it was purchased from was selling it for his elderly father. He though it may have been built in the mid-west as a dirt track racer. The car starts right up every time and runs great. It has the original 6-volt electrical system. The current owner has made the following improvements, new Coker tires mounted on rare bent spoke wheels which came from a vintage oval track racer and were powder coated, chromed headlights, replaced windshield and rebuilt chrome windshield posts, added a restored Ford "ooga" horn, added greaseless water pump, new oil gauge and speedometer, recovered seats and side panels, added seat belts, added air cleaner, installed chrome radiator grille, chrome fire extinguisher and fuel cut-off valve. There is a new gas tank behind the seat. The car came with smaller wheels and tires and painted fenders. The fenders go with the car and can easily be re-installed with smaller wheels and tires. Repair manuals and extra parts will go with the car along with a car cover.
