Description
Lot #658 - From 1935 on, Packard offered independent front suspension, hydraulic brakes and 110hp from its 282cid Inline 8 cylinder engine giving excellent performance, quiet, relaxed highway cruising and, when it was fitted with sporting open coachwork like this convertible coupe body, the style, flair and those lucky enough to own and drive one, set it apart from its competition. It had a show-quality restoration in 2004. Then it was carefully maintained. It is handsomely presented in dark blue complemented by Dove Gray leather upholstery, gray carpeting and a lovely dark blue cloth top. It has a jump seat for the occasional passenger and is equipped with dual enclosed side-mounted spares, fog lights and wide white wall tires.
