Lot #11 - This is a rare 412 Variant Station wagon. The vehicle was restored in 2007 and has been driven less than 2,000 miles since its completion. This vehicle is the last of the air cooled Volkswagens and only produced for two years, 1973 and 1974. The body was designed by Pininfarina and equipped with the same Boxer engine offered in the Porsche 914, this car is a blast to drive. The exterior has been professionally refinished in Calypso Red Mica with a tan accent stripe. The interior has been custom upholstered to match the exterior, tan custom seats with red metallic piping throughout. A very cool beach cruiser powered by a 1,679cc motor and automatic transmission. This is a great running little red wagon.
