Lot #98 - Many parts were used from an original Shelby. Engine is a 351 Windsor, aluminum head, 3.51 posi-traction, leather upholstery, tires in good condition, brakes in good condition, original floor mats, original instrument knobs and switches are in great condition. The hood has louvers and a full-width scoop placed neare the panel's leading edge to improve airflow to the carburetors. Below is a wide grille with square foglamps (not driving lamps) sitting outboard. Tail lamps have the sequential turn-signal feature from the 1967 and 1968 Mercury Cougar. The paint job on this Mustang is in excellent condition. The interior, including the leather upholstery, dashboard and instrument cluster are all in great condition. This car has appeared in classic car shows in New Mexico and in Arizona. Vehicle is drivable, but has been transported via enclosed car hauler trailer primarily. This Mustang has been garaged and cleaned meticulously. The car has been driven and maintained on schedule to keep engine and components in top shape. This is a California car so there is no rust and no floorboard repairs.
