Lot #639 - This car has been restored ground-up. This high revving 289cid V8 is a blast to drive with the factory 4-speed transmission and 8" rear. The 1964 Fairlane cars had an optional high performance 289 4V engine. These were known as K-cars because of the letter K in the fifth position in the vehicle identification number which designated that the car came from the factory with the 289cid/271hp 4V.
