Lot #717 - Project Angie. Presenting a completely restored custom 1967 Mustang fastback. As the Ford CAC report indicates, this car was originally an S Code 390 big block and had a 4-speed transmission. It was transformed into a breathtaking street machine with many upgrades. The body is extremely straight and the beautiful Vivid Canary Yellow paint with black racing stripes screams attention. It's complimented with a new deluxe black interior with stainless trim that looks amazing. Other upgrades include a Lacarra wood steering wheel, Cobra wood shift handle, TCP aluminum pedals, aluminum E brake handle, CD player and Cobra floor mats. The engine compartment is very detailed. The heart of this beast is a completely rebuilt 302 with Dart Windsor heads. Some upgrades include TRW forged pistons, chrome Edelbrock Performer intake, chrome water pump and steering pump. It breathes through Hedman headers and a Flowmaster exhaust system that sounds incredible. The aluminum radiator with custom fan shroud keeps the engine cool. The engine is coupled with a rebuilt C4 automatic transmission with shift kit. It has a TCI Street Fighter 10" stall converter. The rear end is a rebuilt Ford 9" posi-traction with Richmond gears. It has a Wilwood master cylinder, chrome power booster and four-wheel disc brakes with drilled and slotted rotors and red calipers. The Coys C-67 black wheels give it the perfect stance. The trunk and undercarriage is nicely detailed.
