This unique 1969 Corvette coupe has been beautifully restored and finished in black and white in the distinctive Baldwin Motion graphic scheme, but the feature that will endear it most to die-hard Corvette fans is the rare ZL1 all-aluminum big block lurking under the domed hood. Number 51 in the series of 200 ZL1 engines reissued by Chevrolet in 2003, this Can-Am based power plant incorporates all the features of the original, of which only two exist as original equipment in 1969 Corvettes. This ZL1 Corvette re-creation is entirely correct and comes complete with J56 heavy duty brakes, F41 suspension, M66 transistor ignition and G81 posi-traction rear axle.
