It is finished in its original Pennant Blue and is one of just 45 cars finished in that color for 1955. Derirable first year of V8 Corvette production, the final year of the original body style and the second lowest ever production year total. The car has been in the well known collection of Carl D. Barnes for the last 25 years and presents in pristine condition throughout with a well preserved light beige interior and matching vinyl top and the original 265/195hp V8 with Powerglide transmission that came with car. Options include directional signal, heater, AM signal seeking radio, white wall tires, parking brake alarm, courtesy lights and windshield washers. On a recent test drive, this Corvette performed flawlessly with smooth shifting and strong and eager V8 power.
