Barrett-Jackson has long been a pioneer of the Resto-Mod movement, and historically sells more Chevrolet Corvettes than any other marque at its auctions. For example, of the nearly 2,000 cars that crossed the block during the 2022 Scottsdale Auction, more than 7 percent were Corvettes. When you combine the popularity of the Corvette with its simplicity and the amount of aftermarket support available, you are bound to get something truly remarkable. This combination has resulted in some of the most incredible Resto-Mod Corvettes ever built. Each year, more and more cross the Barrett-Jackson block, with many fetching impressive six-figure sale amounts.
Part of the broad appeal of Resto-Mod Corvettes is that they often retain the spirit of a vintage car but include modern technology, sometimes with niceties such as ice-cold air conditioning or a top-of-the-line sound system. Some have components that clearly tick the “cool factor” box, like an upgraded chassis, fuel injection, custom wheels, a creative paint job or a massive power plant under the hood.
Several spectacular, professionally built and award-winning Resto-Mod Corvettes will cross the Barrett-Jackson block during the 2023 Scottsdale Auction. Take a look at this gallery to preview the builds and register to bid today for your chance to take home one of these customized cruisers.
